Swimming Pool &
Multi-Sports Court
The Oak Ridge HOA Pool
and Sports Court are located
at 50 Oak Ridge Drive
and are available only to
HOA members & their guests
Pool Hours (In Season):
Sunday - Thursday 5am-10pm
Friday - Saturday 5am - 11pm
Diving Board 9am - 9pm daily
Multi-Sports Court Hours Daily:
9:00 am - Dusk

HOA Committees
Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
This Committee reviews and
decides on reasonable architectural variances or adjustments from conditions/ restrictions imposed by the Declaration of Protective
Covenants which are available
in the section, HOA Documents,
on this website. Members are appointed by the Board of Directors.
Pool & Social Committee
This Committee was established,
to plan and implement social activities at the Pool for the
HOA members and their guests.
The HOA Board has also valued input from this Committee regarding HOA improvements
and recommendations. All HOA members are welcome to
volunteer and join this Committee.

Board Update
A meeting to discuss the proposed pool repair of the Oak Ridge Pool
will be held on Thursday March 21, 2024 at 6:30 pm
at the First United Methodist Church, 1200 South Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104.
An informational FAQ which was emailed to all homeowners is attached.
The Oak Ridge HOA Annual Meeting will be held at 6:00 pm on
Thursday April 4, 2024 at the Phillip & Jerry Miller Library (100 S. Wilcox Street).
The Oak Ridge HOA Board met on Monday, January 29, 2024 at the Phillip & Jerry Miller
Library at 6:30 pm. The Minutes of the Meeting are attached.

ON MAINTAINING THE POOL ALL SEASON LONG!!!
Our Annual Dues are directly related to costs incurred
from Pool Operations. Please consider helping-out
with tasks, other projects, Pool social events and the
Pool Social Committee for the 2024 Pool Season.
